Mother’s Day Trio – Lobster croquettes, fried calamari and shrimp, Portobello mushroom stuffed with crab meat
Strawberry Salad: baby mixed greens, fresh strawberries, cranberry goat cheese, walnuts, tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette
Portobello Mushroom: a Portobello mushroom stuffed with crabmeat, baked and served with a hollandaise sauce and marinara.
Lobster Croquettes- breaded and fried lobster risotto croquettes served over a bed of marinara.
Lobster Tail: 8oz. egg fettuccine pasta, shrimp, bacon, in a vodka pink sauce.
Grilled Angus Rib Eye: 16 oz., creamy mushroom sauce, served with mashed potatoes, and asparagus
Angus Filet Mignon: 8oz, pan seared, creamy mushroom sauce served over a creamy shrimp tomato risotto and asparagus
Chilean Sea bass: 8oz., pan seared served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and shrimp artichoke lemon butter sauce
Double Cut Pork Chop: Roasted and stuffed with dried fruit, Apple Reduction Sauce, served with sautéed vegetables.
Alaskan Halibut: 8oz, creamy tomato shrimp risotto, lemon butter sauce
Jumbo Shrimp Pasta: egg fettuccine pasta, bacon, sundried tomato, red onions, in a creamy garlic sauce.
